Edit the name of the menu item.

When testing I added a shortcut to regedit. I entered *.reg as a name. because I thought I could restrict the option to that kind of files. But now I am stuck with "*.reg" as an entry in the right-click menu. I would like to edit that to "regedit" and also to be active only when I select a *.reg file.
